His foray into media relations and image development came subsequent to obtaining his Master’s degree in Playwriting in the University of Southern California’s highly respected Theatre program. Armed with a solid sense of story, he decided to make the leap into media relations while continuing to write creatively. He is a consistently produced Playwright across the country, published short story author and poet. In addition to his creative writing, Mr. Holmes is also a sometime freelance journalist. His work has been published in AAA Arizona Highroads Magazine, one of the country’s most respected and widely read travel magazines, as well as many other outlets.
Mr. Holmes is also an Honorably Discharged Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. His infantry unit received the Meritorious Unit Commendation during Operation Desert Storm. His undergraduate degree is in Criminal Justice from Texas State University.
